The first step is to create a complete profile from each candidate. After completing a profile we will schedule an online interview and might ask the candidate to do a small assesment task to have a good insight about his/her development and analytic skills.
Each approved candidate will receive a login account on RealDapps, were you can review and modify your profile, contact details, availability, competence and skill levels.
You will be using this account for your daily work like assigned projects, sprints, tasks, time management and financial features like KPIs, invoice generator, payout history, your worked hours, earnings and referral bonusses.
You will be part of an international team of (blockchain) professionals, all working together on innovating projects for our clients.
You will be contracted as an independent worker (remote).
For each project we use weekly sprints where we track and monitor assigned tasks. All projects have an assigned project manager, who is responsible for the daily progress and deliverables.
